Past Pains, Present Stains...
from Happy, Healing, and Highered Hosted by Happy, Healing, & Highered Podcast
If you're tired of going through the same cycles in your career, you have to listen to this! Remnants of the past can stain the future especially when it comes to career growth... It can be challenging to face the past when the hurt still feels fresh. In your career, figuring out what may be holding you back becomes easier as you learn to monitor your behavior and the incidents that trigger negative thought patterns. There are usually three areas of shortcomings that bring up past feelings that cripple or even paralyze your plans for your future. Being able to recall the moment that caused you to suffer in one of the areas will allow you to heal and genuinely explore the opportunities that are presented to you. Take a listen and get started on the inner work required to free you from behaviors that are not serving you in this season. If you want to alleviate yourself of having to work through this alone, I'd love to have you for my Prosperous Professional Plan (PPP) training that's happening soon.
