PASTOR AS A CAREER?

I was asked to speak for a career day...Pastor as a career?  I'm not sure if I have ever thought of Pastor as a career.  I don't think anyone in the Bible has called being a Pastor a career.  How do you lead someone through a logical process of making ministry their career choice?  This podcast explores this thought.
