DETAILED BYLAWS OF APOSTOLIC POWER OF GOD CHURCH INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY Lancaster, Pennsylvania ARTICLE I: ORGANIZATION Section 1.1 - Name and Location The name of this organization shall be "Apostolic Power of God Church International Ministry" (hereinafter referred to as "the Church"), located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Section 1.2 - Incorporation The Church is incorporated as a non-profit religious organization under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Section 1.3 - Purpose and Mission A. Primary Purpose: To establish an apostolic center for worship, ministry, and community transformation. B. Specific Objectives: 1. Preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ 2. Demonstrate apostolic power and authority 3. Train and equip believers for ministry 4. Engage in local and global missions 5. Serve the Lancaster community ARTICLE II: GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE Section 2.1 - Church Leadership A. Senior Pastor: 1. Primary spiritual leader 2. President of the Corporation 3. Chairman of the Board 4. Term: Indefinite 5. Selection: By Board recommendation and congregation approval B. Board of Directors: 1. Composition: 7-11 members including: - Senior Pastor - Assistant Pastor - Secretary - Treasurer - 3-7 elected members 2. Terms: 3 years, staggered 3. Qualifications: - Active member for minimum 2 years - Demonstration of spiritual maturity - Leadership capabilities - Good standing in church and community ### Section 2.2 - Leadership Duties A. Senior Pastor Responsibilities: 1. Spiritual oversight 2. Vision casting 3. Administration oversight 4. Staff supervision 5. Ministry development B. Board Responsibilities: 1. Financial oversight 2. Property management 3. Policy development 4. Strategic planning 5. Legal compliance ARTICLE III: MEMBERSHIP Section 3.1 - Membership Categories A. Active Members: 1. Requirements: - Salvation experience - Water baptism - Holy Spirit baptism - Completion of membership class - Commitment to church vision 2. Rights: - Voting privileges - Ministry participation - Leadership eligibility B. Associate Members: 1.
