In this episode Pastor Chioma Alade shares how she overcame a life of physical, sexual, spiritual, emotional abuse and control at the hands of individuals who were suppose to protect her.Pastor Chioma is a leader in London-based Living Temple Church. She is a speaker and advocate for justice and reform within society and the Church.Pastor Chioma grew up in a home with domestic violence and was physically and sexually abused as a child. Upon finding what she thought was a "Father figure" in Church, she was then physically and sexually abused for over a decade.She is neurodivergent and was born with genetic health condition and disability 'Ehlers Danlos Syndrome'.
