Pastor Dave Holland

Christian Capitalist Podcast With Rich Sanders Work, Worship & What We're Made For: Pastor Dave Holland on Faith, Labor, and Living Generously In this moving and grounded conversation, host Rich Sanders sits down with longtime pastor, carpenter, and author Dave Holland to explore the Theology of Work through the lens of faith, resilience, and generosity. From growing up in East LA to planting churches across New England, Dave shares how God's plans are often forged through hard work and divine redirection. Now retired from full-time ministry and running his own handyman business in Destin, Florida, Dave shares personal stories about altar calls, broken dreams, vocational calling, and discovering joy—even in cleaning out porta-potties. His reflections on work, worship, and giving paint a beautiful portrait of what it truly means to live as a Christian capitalist: someone who labors with love and gives with intention.
