Pastor Emeritus Rudolph McKissick, Sr. with Bethel Baptist Institutional Church, has launched a new venture in retirement to promote and encourage mental and spiritual health and well-being. For the last six years, he and a team of experts in family medicine, yoga, and biblical principles have hosted a silent retreat, where people travel to Epworth by the Sea for three full days of silence, meditation practices and therapy exercise. Bishop is hoping to connect with Community to address Mental Health and Spiritual Health.
