Pasuram 7 Thiruppavai My Learning Experience

Learning lesson: I realized that to me this self created Project, let's call it "Learning and Slow chanting Tiruppavai Pasurams" Is much more than learning and recording It is is watching my thoughts, feelings and behavior When I don't learn and record one Pasuram a day. When I give myself to break my rule of "one a day".  When I boldly and divinely recorded two Pasurams a day but shared one per day in my WhatsApp status. When I don't record a Pasuram if I don't feel like it. What do I want to convey? When our core value is being honest with ourselves and it is one of our Top character strengths, then when we don't keep up the commitment that made to ourselves, we get upset. We feel bad. We feel sad. That is when we must sit with ourselves and be present to all thought s, feelings and behavior.  How? Just as an evolved adult will talk to a child and help her understand. When we do that ethically our inner child and adult are in synchrony. It helps us make new rules or mindset shifts. We must neither be too hard on ourselves nor slack off. We must make small changes and course corrections to reach our goal just like a rocket 🚀 Thank you for reading and listening!
