Next year we will be marking the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the International Financial Services Centre.The government launched yesterday its Finance for Ireland strategy paper which sets out its vision to retain what it already has as well as grow the Sector, which is the 4th biggest in Europe.  But can it? Speaking to Joe this morning was Pat Lardner the Chief Executive of Irish Funds which represents the asset management sector here.
