Pat Woodcock is an Ottawa native, this is where he made a name for himself and even spent some time playing with the Ottawa Renegades. He graduated with honors while playing football for Syracuse, and had some playing time in the NFL, but always had a dream of winning a Grey Cup, which he did in 2002, and being recognized as the most valuable player in the game. Since retiring from pro football, he's put his education to work and he's helping men achieve their wellness goals, motivation, discipline, and mindset, instead of a dialogue of excuses...and we also discuss what alcohol and sugar does to the body. Inside, we talk about his career, controlling ego, mindset, his family, what he's learned most from his kids, and what he'd say to his 16-year-old self if he could go back and do so.
