In this rapidly changing world, there is an increased recognition that higher education institutions across the globe should enhance their contribution to society. For universities, it has therefore become crucial to find the most effective ways to capture and communicate the impact that they make. However, it is a very complex exercise that requires a holistic approach to performance management, and many factors and types of indicators must be considered.
