M2SYS recently attended the Healthcare Information and Management Systems conference 2013 in New Orleans, where we had the opportunity to speak with Sharon Canner, Director of Public policy for CHIME. We have talked with Sharon about the changing role of Chief Information Officer in today's healthcare industry. We have also talked about The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and the incentive established by it to modernize the way of collecting and sharing medical data to increase patient safety.
