Patient Mark Discusses His Process of Being Diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and Undergoing HiFU Treatment

Mark was first referred to NAU for an elevated PSA (aka prostate specific antigen), a blood test that is commonly used to screen for prostate cancer. He went on to have a prostate biopsy done which resulted in finding cancer, and shares with us what he was thinking and feeling when he received his diagnosis.Mark shares with us his decision-making process when reviewing the options for treating his prostate cancer, which ultimately led him to selecting the HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound).
