Patients and People First

This week Rick Matthews (BSRS, RPA, RT, RA), joins Marcelene Forbus (RT, RPA) and Reece Burgoon (RT, RRA) and shares with us how his passion for patient care, the love of family, and his experiences led to opening his company, Mobile Vascular Solutions.  Mr. Matthews takes the time to share with us why limb salvage is so important and how this company is working towards enhancing the lives of the patients they are serving. Mr. Matthews explains the importance of the Radiologist Assistant role,  what MARCA looks like to him, and how radiology professionals in this capacity can better humanize the imaging that is done. All of this together leads to better diagnosis and treatment for our patients that we are all caring for together.  Later we get personal and each share those during our careers who have helped inspire us and lead us into our career paths today.
