November 9, 1964 - January 11, 1965 In 1964, the BBC commissioned the start of a weekly Doctor Who comic strip in TV Comic. This was unusual as the comic featured mostly ITV fare. The comic was a mixed bag for while it featured the Doctor and the TARDIS, that was about all that was recognizable in the strip. John and Jim plan to read through the series as it was released alongside the TV series here as a Patreon exclusive. We begin with "The Klepton Parasites". The two discuss the Doctor's grandchildren, the too on the nose name for the Kleptons, and the style of artwork used.
