Patrice Nightmare

Patrice shared with me an early memory of when she had nightmares of crucifixes. This early nightmare stems from when she was young and went to stay with her grandparents and would see a crucifixes that was hanging on the wall. Patrice talks about challenging our fears by thinking… "would someone else be scared of this?” and if she can visualize other people not being scared then she is able to overcome the fear by facing it at that point.
