They also ruled the "carrying in parks" laws similarly violate the Constitution. Does this mean we can have a block party with long guns? Not so fast! Learn what the case was about and what the process is until Tennesseans can finally exercise their 2nd Amendment rights.Whenever open carrying is brought up in conversation, people worry about hot heads and violence. On Friday afternoon, outside the Crossville Courthouse, a Veteran was shot after an altercation turned physical. Today, it's been released that the man has succumbed to his injuries. The man who pulled the trigger has been arrested, and the video of the event has been shared hundreds of times. Tonight we break it down and examine the legal implications of using your firearm. And perhaps the least serious of all discussions today will be on Cracker Barrel. Everyone has an opinion and there may be some nefarious moves being made. Joining me to celebrate the court ruling and educate us on our rights is West TN Director of the TFA, C Richard Archie. We arent sure how he feels about the Cracker Barrel, but we are sure he will share that, too!Viewer Discretion is Advised for Parts of this Broadcast.Never Mind the Bollocks, watch the Patriot Punkcast!Tags: Veteran, Crossville, Tennessee, Cumberland County, Intent to Go Armed, Tennessee Firearms Association, Tennessee News, 2nd Amendment, 2A, TN 2A, TN Supreme Court, Court Ruling, Case Law, Richard Archie, Self Defense, unjustified shooting, knife, club, Crossville shooting video, Patriot Punk, Patriot Punkcast, Patriot Punk Network, Podcast, TN Podcasts, TN News, Tennessee News, News, Politics, Law and order, viral, TN Politics, TN Law, Mohawk, bollocks, cracker barrel, Lebanon, Danny Evins, woke, steak and shake, renovation, new look, new logo, southern style, pro 2A
