It actually passed 3 of them. Those referendums have landed them in court and tonight we have Richard Archie of the Tennessee Firearms Association with us to discuss the lawsuit., how they are involved, and what you can do to help. Richard Archie is the West TN Director and Board Member of the Tennessee Firearms Association. Mr. Archie very active in pursuance of the restoration of Firearms Rights in the State of Tennessee, he spends a great deal of time advocating for those at the Legislature and is also dedicated to spreading the original meaning of the Constitutions, both that of the State and Union. CORRECTION: About halfway through the Patriot Punk states that the Pawn shop owned by Eddie Farris's father was "shut down" by the ATF. I misspoke. They were not shut down.
