Patriots Make a Series of Roster Moves

The New England Patriots recently initiated several roster adjustments as they began their 2026 training camp in Foxborough. The team primarily strengthened their depth by claiming rookie wide receiver Kobe Prentice and signing tight end Jeremiah Franklin, while also acquiring star wideout A.J. Brown through a trade. To accommodate these additions, the organization released offensive lineman Sebastian Gutierrez and placed receiver Jimmy Kibble on injured reserve. Beyond personnel changes, the club’s official updates highlight fan-focused events like a dog adoption day and media sessions featuring Coach Mike Vrabel and quarterback Drake Maye. These moves illustrate the franchise's effort to optimize the lineup and build momentum during the early stages of the summer session.
