Paul Baron on Finding Unicorns, Being a Great Leader, The 3T’s of Entrepreneurialism, and The Right Mindset for Success

In this episode I’m sitting down with Paul Baron who is a long-time entrepreneur with many successful ventures under his belt. What really surprised me about Paul is that bottom line, he is an expert at finding unicorns. I call him a gem magnet because he always finds a way to be in the right place at the right time. He has seen much success by being able to identify the value in a company and bringing it to new markets. He’s demonstrating that there is no age limit on creativity and entrepreneurship. He’s breaking down how to be a great leader, what you need to be a successful entrepreneur, how to identify unicorns in business, and so much more.
