My guest today is Paul Berton.Paul is a guitarist, educator, composer, producer and musical director from Sydney.Leo Sayer, Renee Geyer, John Waters, Jeff Duff and Jimmy Barnes are just a handful of artist that have been lucky enough to have Paul involved in their music.Paul joined Leo Sayer's band in 2005 and is still there today as guitarist and musical director.Paul teaches music and music production at Ultimo TAFE. He has managed and operated recording studios, played on hundreds of TV and radio jingles, has played in many theatre show bands including Looking through a glass onion, Fame, Rent and Rocky Horror Show as well as been involved in feature films an TV shows.Paul has travelled extensively through the US and Europe as well as India where he has studied the music and history of those places to fill his Musicians Playbook, which now gives him a unique approach to the music he plays today.Ask any anyone that knows Paul, and they'll tell you just how special he is.
