Paul Freedman is an Emmy and Peabody award-winning filmmaker based in Los Angeles. He began his film career as a commercial editor and director. Today, he's inspired by the stories of people who fight for social justice and human rights. When he's not making films, he's collaborating with organizations to create effective media designed to help promote their efforts. His most recent film, "Merci Congo", is about the deadly war in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and several extraordinary activists fighting to make things better.
