Paul Gillingham (HYROX World Record Holder and Rox Lyfe Coach)

This week on the podcast I got to chat with Paul Gillingham. Affectionately known as "Mr HYROX" or, more recently, "Poptart Paul" (from his love for a prerace Poptart), Paul is the coach who works with our clients to prepare them for a HYROX.
