Paul Goldsmith: National aims to reduce sexual offending with new consent definition

National have announced a post-election policy looking at consent laws. It aims to better define consent as the presence of a 'yes', rather than the lack of a 'no'. Labour responded accusing National of walking away from a bipartisan agreement to use this as a campaign piece.
