Paul Hoynes Hall of Fame Moment | Cleveland Guardians News

Paul Hoynes, a Cleveland baseball legend and veteran journalist, just got his ultimate honor — the BBWAA Career Excellence Award and a Hall of Fame induction in Cooperstown — but he’s not slowing down. The weekend was pure magic: walking the Hall of Fame parade, rubbing shoulders with icons like Sandy Koufax and Robin Yount, and soaking in the surreal joy of being celebrated alongside baseball’s greatest storytellers. Yet Hoynes kept his focus firmly on the Guardians, his beat for four decades. A heartfelt reception with family, friends, and colleagues capped off the whirlwind, reminding everyone why he’s beloved — not for the trophy, but for his relentless passion and unwavering commitment to the game he loves. This isn’t the end — it’s just the next chapter. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
