Paula Tobey (EDW 1 - Feb '25)

from The Everyday Woman Summit Series

Paula is a beautiful example of taking personal responsibility for your life. She was living but she wasn't alive. God delivered her a wake up call by way of a poem by Maya Angelou which shook her to the core and pushed on her purpose - serve herself and others like her in living everyday as intentionally as possible. I love her heart, her ever growing community and her framework for a good life. Having raised two kids who are off to college, Paula is pouring more into herself to serve others. Coach Paula is a former Teacher, Certified Life and Health Coach, Author, and Speaker best known for the Gut-Brain Connection. But more than that she is a collaborator, challenging and motivating women to find the healthiest, best versions of themselves. She works with clients in groups by leading masterminds, masterclasses, and workshops. She also helps those who need one-on-one guidance with health or family issues such as those with ADHD, working systematically to understand the gut-brain connection and how to incorporate more natural healing into their busy lives.
