Silas grew up in Davis and has been involved with serving the homeless community here for over 10 years. He is the Supportive Services Coordinator for the Permanent Supportive Housing Program at Paul's Place which is owned and operated by Davis Community Meals and Housing. DCMH has been serving the community since 1990 and they now have 160 beds of permanent supportive housing in Davis and see over 160 people daily in our daytime resource center.
