There are times when we need to slow down, we need to take our breath, we need to pause so that we can clearly see the GOOD NEWS. Series Description: Isaiah says of the promised Messiah: “The people who walk in darkness will see a great light. For those who live in a land of deep darkness, a light will shine.” At Christmas we remember in the midst of whatever darkness we face, that this light has a name and His name is Jesus. Whether in a land of darkness, or a situation of darkness, we hold onto this hope: Light is Shining in Darkness. When we celebrate Christmas we return once again to the reality that no matter what we may face, everything we need is found in Jesus.
