Pause & Create

We can no longer take COVID19 as a joke its getting real out here! Schools are closed, churches are closed, Malls and Movie theaters ALL CLOSED! Now that we've been given this pause I believe we should take it to rest. Theres no need to push yourself to create if you're tired and uninspired. We cannot create anything good during chaos, lets utilize this quarantine and chill to really CHILL! This weeks episode I share how I've been dealing with my burnout, my experiences with harassment and retaliation and what I'm doing during this pandemic... ya girl is relaxing and regaining her strength period!
