Pay Attention!

1 Timothy 4 vs 16. instructs us to pay attention to ourselves and to doctrine. We often neglect ourselves more often than not as we try to accomplish so many things. We try to make our marriage work, businesses, projects, churches etc. These can keep us really busy with little or no time for ourselves. This is a word of instruction to be like Mary as the year comes to a close. Give yourself some attention, maybe physical, spiritual or both. Take time to do nothing.. Then you will save yourself and your listeners.
