We all fall short sometimes of our personal best. We've all set a goal, made a plan, or implemented some kind of change in our lives, then just gave up on it. If there is always a consequence for our actions then what are the consequences for our inactions? Better yet, who holds us responsible for it? Join me in this morning's episode where I discuss my plan to hold myself accountable for inaction with direct action, or punishment in my case lol. It's a win-win but you gotta tune it to get it. Enjoy!
