'Pay Up' & 'Blocked Because of a Loan' & 'Middle Man'

First, The plaintiff says the defendant is her aunt, who she claims spends all her money on clothes and shoes. She’s suing her for car payments and car repairs. The defendant says her niece has a bad attitude. She claims she’s spending all her money on school clothes for her niece’s daughter, so she doesn’t owe anything. Then, The plaintiff says she dated the defendant, but he became manipulative and tried to stop her from seeing her friends and family. She’s suing her ex for the balance due on a loan. The defendant says the plaintiff always wanted to go out and party and not stay home with her child. He’s countersuing because he claims the plaintiff harassed him at his job. He’s suing because he says he paid the defendant for a car and then never got the vehicle. The defendant insists he wasn’t fired.
