The plaintiff sold her daughter her car, but the defendant didn’t make any payments, so she’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant argues she never had a good relationship with her mom. She’s countersuing for car payments. Then, The plaintiff and defendant were in a relationship but broke up. The plaintiff says she put the defendant on her cellphone plan, but he never paid her back, so she’s suing for the cost of a phone and unpaid bills. The defendant says he doesn’t have money to pay her back. Plus, The plaintiff brings his daughter’s boyfriend to court and says the defendant spent 10 years in prison for drugs. The defendant and his girlfriend have a child together, and the plaintiff wants to take care of his grandchild. The plaintiff loaned the defendant money for a car, but he hasn’t been paid back, so he’s suing for an unpaid loan. The defendant admits he was in prison and met his girlfriend while he was in a halfway house. He says he already repaid the plaintiff.
