PAYING THE TAB

PAYING THE TAB Written by Christian A. Dumais PAYING THE TAB is a selection from AMBIENT STRIPPERS, a collection of autobiographical short stories, sharing a common theme of debauchery and depravity while stressing lesser things like hope and love. Or more simply put, it's a collection of some horrible things the author has done, and since he's the one writing the stories, he can make his horrible acts appear poetic and philosophical, thus helping him to sleep better at night while he patiently waits for his friends to forgive him. Narrated by Japhy Blackwell. Featuring the voice talents of Jennifer Mangieri, Scott Pero, John Polo, Derrek Carriveau, Josie Kidd, RhondaK, Renee Lewis, Joe Davison, Holly Kovach, Christian A. Dumais, and Vincent Saletto. Produced by ScreamingSound. Sample from PAYING THE TAB: Somewhere in the course of the evening, my stupid brain managed to convince my terrible body that it was indeed a Friday night and not a Monday night. And so I accepted all of the beer that was handed to me and ignored the clocks with the unperturbed philosophy that I rarely enjoy outside of the weekend. The beer was dark and the music was loud, there was folly everywhere and you didn't have to squint your eyes to notice it. Nudity and spilled beers in every direction... More stories to come later. Thanks for listening.
