If you haven't dealt with a tough pageant loss you probably haven't been in the industry long enough.

I remember one particular pageant contestant who had completely fallen in love with a system and its supposed motto and values, only to be completely crushed when she didn't place.

Pageants are SO unpredictable that it can make it almost impossible to know what to do to improve.

But worse yet, losses can sometimes feel personal. It's not just our ACTIONS that weren't good enough, WE weren't good enough... and that can be a very dangerous and depressing place to be.

In this episode I'll be discussing my own 'pageant loss' and some tips and tricks that may help you navigate through the tough times.
