Professor Nettles and his team are doing Breast Cancer research and with the newer technology are able to identify different proteins on the cells and how estrogen/estrogen inhibiting drugs affect them. They are working towards creating treatments that are more effective for patients that don't responds to current hormone therapies. We discussed breakthroughs in T-cell therapies regarding lymphoma and how researchers are trying to adapt that delivery system to other diseases.
