t's no secret that by surrounding yourself with the right people and the right environment; you can not only expedite your personal growth but also enhance your chances of reaching dreams you didn't even know were possible. Grateful to have the pleasure of sitting with some of the best to ever climb on a bull. JW Hart, Ross Coleman, and Aaron Semas; all three recipients of the PBR Ring of Honor. Along with their good friend Kelly Barker; who brought an interesting perspective and insight being present throughout their bull riding journey. I'm not a bull rider and I know very little about the sport, however, it's not necessary to understand what these guys were talking about during this interview. I could feel the intensity of their energy as they shared their mindset and swapped stories about performance and life. What I learned from our conversation yesterday is that a 'winning mindset' isn't something that can necessarily be taught; only experienced, through repetition, overcoming failure, and consistent practice. And, by surrounding yourself with others that have a no-excuses mentality and a winning attitude will enhance your ability to adopt the same mentality I'm beyond grateful to share time with these elite athletes and to get a glimpse into how their mind operates.
