In episode 18, we sit down with members our Positive Action Team to discuss the importance of having a diverse workforce to further widen our range of experience, perspectives and knowledge. The team highlight the support that is available to applicants with any of the nine protected characteristics outlined in the Equality Act 2010, to better prepare them for the recruitment process. They also discuss the Positive Action Engagement Programme sessions which are available to ethnic minority communities.
