PCN Services - Dementia Nurse and Health & Wellbeing Coach

This episode is about two new services that are offered by the PCN: -  • Admiral Dementia Nursing • Health & Wellbeing coaching Sheridan Coker is the Dementia Nurse and explains how she is able to support dementia sufferers as well as families and carers.
