Discipline yourself so that the world doesn’t have to. - Don’t bite off more than you can chew. Small positive steps make a big difference. - Doing anything meaningful takes time, decide up front that you are in for the long haul - Staying Motivated - Positive emotion is experienced by having a goal and making noticeable progress toward it.
