Peace and Posture

One of the mysteries of prayer is how misunderstood it is. We tend to shrink back from prayer because it seems impersonal or unreal. However, God has given us a great promise—when we’re still and take our anxieties and give them over to the living God—He will give us peace. This sermon will look to demystify prayer by focusing on the simple truth of how prayer helps us grow in prayer. We just need to pray as we can, and not as we can’t.
