Messiah’s House · Peace Under Pressure – Jason Craft We’re in a stressful world. Stress comes into our lives for many reasons. There isn’t enough money to pay the bills. There isn’t enough time in the day to get everything done. There aren’t answers for our health concerns. We are afraid of the unknown future and fear can cause stress. Disappointment causes stress. Friends and family life can be stressful. There are lots of reasons to stress.  The issue is that stress creates extra problems for us when we don’t deal with it well.  Long term stress impacts our overall well-being in a negative way.  In this message, we learn seven ways to avoid stress and move to a place of peace in our lives.
