Peacemaking as a Spiritual Practice with Jer Swigart

from Exploring A Course in Miracles · host Circle of Atonement

Here at the Circle we are actively seeking to engage in dialogue with Christian leaders because we believe there is much overlap between the values of A Course in Miracles students and those who identify as reconstructing Christians. Namely, we both want to bring forth a world that sides with love in accordance with the teachings of Jesus. This is why we are thrilled to be speaking with Jer Swigart, cofounder of Global Immersion, this week. Global Immersion is a nonprofit that focuses on equipping leaders - particularly those in the Christian church - to become peacemakers in the world. In this podcast, Jer and Emily Perry talk about making peacemaking a spiritual practice, applying peacemaking principles to real-world settings, dismantling harmful ideologies, healing Christian nationalism, and finding Jesus in the middle of the storm. ___________________________ Since 1993, our purpose has been to help with both the theory and practical application of A Course in Miracles.
