Join Achara and Ashleigh for a reaction to the high-stakes expansion of the Shelby crime syndicate in Peaky Blinders Season 2. As Tommy Shelby attempts to move the Birmingham gang into the dangerous territory of London, the family is caught in a brutal three-way power struggle between rival mobs while dodging the vengeful return of Major Campbell. This season represents a massive escalation for the series, featuring the introduction of the iconic Alfie Solomons and some of the most intense psychological warfare in the show’s history. This acclaimed period crime drama was created by Steven Knight (Taboo, See, Eastern Promises, Locke, Serenity) and directed by Colm McCarthy (Black Mirror, Sherlock, Doctor Who, The Girl with All the Gifts). The series is anchored by Cillian Murphy as Tommy Shelby (Oppenheimer, The Dark Knight, Inception, 28 Days Later, A Quiet Place Part II) and features the heavy-hitting addition of Tom Hardy as Alfie Solomons (Venom, Mad Max: Fury Road, The Dark Knight Rises, Inception, The Revenant). The incredible ensemble cast also includes Helen McCrory as Polly Gray (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Skyfall, Penny Dreadful, Hugo), Paul Anderson as Arthur Shelby (The Revenant, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, Legend, Nightmare Alley, Hostiles), Joe Cole as John Shelby (Gangs of London, Black Mirror, Green Room, Skins, The Ipcress File), Finn Cole as Michael Gray (Animal Kingdom, F9: The Fast Saga, Slaughterhouse Rulez, Dreamland), Sam Neill as Major Chester Campbell (Jurassic Park, Thor: Ragnarok, Event Horizon, The Hunt for the Wilderpeople, The Vow), Annabelle Wallis as Grace Burgess (The Mummy, Malignant, Annabelle, X-Men: First Class, King Arthur: Legend of the Sword), Charlotte Riley as May Carleton (Edge of Tomorrow, London Has Fallen, Trust, In the Heart of the Sea), and Noah Taylor as Darby Sabini (Game of Thrones, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Edge of Tomorrow, Preacher, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider).
