Link: https://www.coxswainconsultants.com/ About Julia Erdkamp Early in life, many noticed that I had a unique ability to quickly synthesize information and solve problems. And almost accidentally, I fell into a career in turn around management. I became a professional "fixer". I was called in when there was a problem (usually a big problem), and asked to solve it.  That is at the heart of my career as a strategist. I am known for being uniquely gifted at finding solutions. I see what others can't.  So afrer working under both the Bush and Obama Administrations, I transitioned to private sector to become a public sector consultant. I have worked across the most diverse set of industries (renewable energy, transportation, water rights, equity, homelessness, cannabis, digital equity/broadband, affordable housing, technology, etc.). Today I bring this broad range of experience to nonprofits and small businesses. I help them get position to help solve some of the unique needs of government. The benefit is that they increase their government contracting portfolio, or capture large (7 or 8 figure) grant funding to increase their capacity to serve their target communities.
