PEG Podcast With Luis Hernandez: Podcaster, Real Estate Guy, Runner, Family Man, Entrpreneur Escaping the cycle of poverty Despite being born into an immigrant family with little resources in under-privelaged, inner-city communities, I was the first to graduate go to college and get out of "the hood" and become a successful businessman and family man. I broke the cycle of poverty for my future generations and give back by inspiring others to pursue their dream life with my podcast "The Wayfinder Show".  After building a wildly successful real estate investment empire in Baltimore, MD during my 20s, I lost it all during the 80/09 housing collapse. My kids were 1 and 3 years old at the time and we lost our home and had to start all over.  We did so in Colorado where I took a step back to learn more about business by pursuing an MBA and focusing on being a good father and husband. The I founded  a boutique real estate firm in Denver, CO called Pioneer Group Realty.  Along the way, I also got into long-distance running which taught me so much about what it takes to be successful, helped me build an amazing community of friends, and took me all over the world. I recently earned my sixth star of the World Marathon Majors.  I believe I can bring a lot of value to podcast audiences that want to hear about business, real estate, running, self-development, and growth mindset.
