Pegasus: Polish government must respect rule of law - Esteban González Pons

In February European Parliament will send a monitoring mission to Poland and Hungary in order to investigate reports of the illegal use of Pegasus. On this occasion, Karolina Zbytniewska, the editor-in-chief of EURACTIV Poland discussed with Esteban González Pons, vice chair of the European People’s Party about Pegasus and democracy in Poland. “European Union is not only a market. It’s a number of countries that defend common values and common principles. And those are especially democracy and rule of law” - says Esteban González Pons.
