興趣可以很多元，可以是喜歡一個人很持久，久到成慣性。可以是與小孩小狗小貓互動，這份心情使自己一整天都能有好心情。我覺得人可以喜歡做很多事情，卻很難培養一種真正值得熱愛的興趣。我鼓勵我們去追尋自身感興趣且毫不費力，能使自己投入其中的興趣。從喜歡做的事情裡面，去挖掘與了解背後故事。你會為自己與事情創造有價值也屬於與眾不同且專屬於自身特色的一件事情。
