PEMA urges people to stay off the roads during weekend snowstorm

Archdiocesan high schools and parochial elementary schools in Philadelphia will be closed, but will utilize a flexible instruction day. The early decision comes as city officials prepare to handle the first large snowstorm in a couple of years.
