Georgia Judge Robert McBurney has ruled that some of the grand jury's report on Trump's election fraud be made public and looking through his statement - Glenn says there are indications that indictments are coming in the case. Then Glenn discusses former VP Mike Pence who was subpoenaed by special counsel Jack Smith to testify before a grand jury about Trump and the crimes that were committed around the big lie.
