Over the first two weeks of Penn State football’s fall camp, we got to see the team practice four times. It was an incredible amount of access compared to years past and gave us a strong insight into the team’s progress through the first half of camp. Now that it’s over, we have a good picture and enough information to start judging how camp has gone. Today, we’re ranking the players with the most stock up and the most stock down.
